Hello Friends!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend!
We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary and it was wonderful.
We decided to do a local dinner cruise on the St. Croix River and the boat company went out of their way to make us feel special.
By the time we booked the event, they were pretty much sold out. Because of that, we were assigned two different tables for dinner. The host knew it was our anniversary and so he set up a private table for the two of us on the upper deck of the boat while everyone else ate downstairs. They also served us up there when typically you serve yourself. Plus they gave us each a drink on the house.
Later when dinner was done and everyone else came back up to the listen to the band, we were able to keep sitting at our table with everyone else enjoying the music. It was great and they truly went out of their way for us!
So I just have to give a shout out to Taylors Falls Scenic Boat Tours. If you’re ever in the area during summer I highly recommend checking them out!
I hope your weekend was also special!
On to this week’s tips to help overcome overwhelm and simplify your life!
Some of these tips are from my own posts, whereas others are from talented bloggers around the Internet.
