It’s that time of year again – the ending of one year and beginning of a new one. This is when many of us look back on the year we just had and think about what could have been different or better, usually about ourselves. Sometimes the perfect recipe comes together when you’re not even trying. And it make me even happier when it does for me because I do not consider myself the greatest cook. This one turned out to be delicious!
I never used to meal plan, but since I started a couple of years ago, it has been a total game changer for me! Meal planning simply means planning out all of your meals in advance. It can be a week, two weeks, or even longer in advance. It can also mean prepping meals to freeze so you can cook them far down the line. Here is how meal planning helps me:

We all know someone that uses lip balm not just once in a while, but often. I mean, like puts it on every hour or so. And if you don’t know someone that does, then you probably are that person. That was me. For as long as I could remember, I always had to be wearing lip balm or my lips burned, felt naked, and that they were drying out so quickly they just might fall off my face.
